Our policy, underwritten by a recognised international Insurer, provides coverage for Low Doc and Non Conforming Loans and offers Full Retroactive cover including an automatic re-instatement. Coverage levels range from $1m to $5m with a range of excess options.

Mortgage Protection Insurance
We also have a unique Mortgage Protection policy that is easy to understand, easy to sell and easy to afford. Unlike full life insurance style coverages, we have developed a policy that provides full cover ìup frontî where it is really needed. It provides a six month benefit for Accident, Sickness and Unemployment, and can be purchased in advance for up to five years. It is renewable, it can be paid monthly, requires NO MEDICAL and is available for loans up to $500,000.
